A tuck shop will be available with fizzy pop, sweets, crisps and maybe some fruit. This is a pay what you feel honesty box but we do encourage people to be generous as the money raised from this will go to a charity of our choice.
There are tables and chairs available but feel free to eat wherever you’re comfortable. We do ask that you be cautious and considerate if eating/drinking in any of the training halls. If you spill anything please clean it up as quickly as possible so no one slips or trips or come and grab one of the organisers to assist.

There will be some traders present at the event, please feel free to look at their stuff, chat to them and buy as much of their wears as you can. They’ll appreciate that.
We’ll also have a bring and buy table, this is for any attendee to use if they have any unused HEMA equipment they want to sell. If you’re planning on selling anything here please label it with the price and your name so we know who to look for if someone wants to buy it.
