The daytime fencing on Saturday and Sunday will take place at The York Railway Institute, 24 Queen St, York YO24 1AD. The price for fencing on both days is now £95 after our earlybird offer finished in early February.
The evening meal will take place at Panda Mami, 19 Bridge St, York YO1 6DA, an all-you-can-eat buffet. You need to pay a £5 deposit when booking on the following form to reserve your spot. An additional cost of the meal will need to be paid on the night, the total cost should be £24.99 plus drinks, but please note that the venue may change their prices before then (we’ll let you know beforehand if this is the case).
Limited edition event t-shirts are £20, please select the relevant box when booking your spot.

Please note that bookings are fully cancellable up to 45 days before the commencement of the event. Any cancellations recevied after this date will only be refundable subject to your booking being transferred to someone on the waiting list, assuming the event has sold out. If there is no waiting list in place you are welcome to transfer your booking to a friend or clubmate should they wish to attend in your place, please contact us directly to discuss the transfer.
